When you use Spellface.com, we ask for:
your email address – to send you the final image,
a photo – used to create your AI-generated image,
first name (optional) – if provided.
We may also collect your IP address for security and analytics.
3. Why do we collect your data?
We collect and use your data only to:
process your request and create the image you asked for,
send you the final result,
contact you in case of issues with your request,
analyze and improve the service.
We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly agree.
4. How long do we keep your data?
We store your email and uploaded photo:
only as long as needed to deliver the service,
for a maximum of 3 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
You can request deletion of your data anytime by emailing: info.kostrzewa@gmail.com.
5. Do we use third-party tools?
Yes – to generate the image, we use external AI tools such as OpenAI (DALL·E and GPT). Your uploaded photo is securely sent to these tools for processing the image.
Image creation involves automated data processing.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to:
access your data,
correct or update your data,
request deletion of your data,
restrict or object to data processing,
request data portability,
file a complaint with a data protection authority (e.g. GDPR in the EU, or CCPA authority in the US).
7. Data transfers outside the EU
Some data (e.g. your photo) may be processed by services located outside the European Economic Area, such as in the United States. We only work with tools and platforms that meet GDPR/CCPA standards for data protection.
